We do our best to provide dimensions/measurements and any important information we feel you may need about all items.
We understand that you may not enjoy your purchase like you thought you may.... so let's get that fixed!
Because of the nature of jewelry, returns must be post marked back to us within 3 days of receiving the order (date marked delivered by carrier). Please return to PO Box 3062 Corrales, NM 87048 with a NOTE that includes your order number. Returns that have not been post marked within this time frame and have not received approval of return, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If your return does meet our requirements, please contact us for a return approval.
Store credit will be processed within 7-14 days of receiving your return. Shipping is non-refundable. Tags must be attached and jewelry must be in original condition. If jewelry is damaged or appears to have been worn, tags removed, etc. the return will be denied. Items may be returned for store credit only.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. Please purchase insurance at your discretion and package accordingly to prevent damage in transit. If your return is received damaged, we will not issue store credit. Jewelry can be fragile to ship, we highly recommend you purchase insurance in the event your return is damaged, you may receive reimbursement via your shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, due to abuse to policy, repeat returns by same customer (4+) will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Order cancellation: We generally process, package & ship items the same day the order is placed. Due to high demand of our products, orders may be canceled for store credit ONLY. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it & you will need to process a return once received.
Coupon codes are tracked and logged and MUST BE USED AT CHECKOUT. We CAN NOT apply a coupon to an order that has already been placed. If you're unsure how to use your coupon, please CONTACT US before placing the order. If you place your order and have failed to use your coupon, we welcome you to use it on your next purchase. Customers are responsible for keeping track of any coupon codes earned.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and should arrive to their destination within 5 days. International orders will take longer to arrive (approximately 14+ days depending on location).
We offer FREE shipping in the USA! International orders are a flat $20.
If there is any issue in receiving your package or it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving).
If your package is returned because your address is not a deliverable address or you put the wrong address and the package is returned to us, WE WILL NOT PAY TO RESHIP. This is your responsibility, please double check your shipping address prior to checkout! We will reship once you have paid the required fee's. If WE make a mistake, we will gladly cover costs.
All orders $39+ will receive a free gift with their purchase. No code is needed at checkout. If we are running a promotion for a specific gift or dollar amount then this will take the place of our regular $39+ (For example: Free makeup brush with orders over $20+) All orders over $20+ will receive a free brush while supplies last. Once the promo ends, we will proceed with our regular offer of $39+.
